Follow these steps to add shortcuts to the Start Menu
- First of all Right Click on the Start Menu
- then Go to properties
- then Go to Customize Start Menu
- then choose the program for which you want to create shortcut
- and choose where you want to place shortcut of Program in the Start Menu
