- First of all open 'Run' from Start Menu.
- Type Regedit and press 'Enter' or 'Ok' button.
- Click on the first option named 'HKEY_CLASS_ROOT'
- then find 'Folder' option and then click on it.
- then find 'shell' and renamed shell as ex:shell and then press Enter key.
- Now the 'My Computer' is locked and it will cannot open.
